House Rules

Payment: to confirm the reservation we kindly ask for a down payment of 30% by bank transfer. The balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer during your stay.

Documents: upon arrival you must present an identity card for each guest, to allow the registration according to the applicable law.

Check-in: the apartments will be available after 15:00. Please let us know the estimated arrival time in advance so that we can ensure our presence at the moment of your arrival.

Check-out: the apartments must be vacated by 10:00.

Reduction: per apartment on stays of at least 7 nights.

Children from 0 to 3 years: free.

Pets: allowed free of charge.

Smoking: we are sorry, but smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

Transfer to and/or from the airport: only on request and at an additional cost.

Breakfast: breakfast is not included. In some periods of the year breakfast can be served upon request. Price: € 10 per person.

Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation of the reservation we will make every effort to meet the customer’s needs.

Inability to accept the booking: in case Il Cantastorie is forced to cancel the reservation for unexpected reasons, in agreement with the customer it will attempt to find an alternative solution of the same category. If this is not possible, the down payment will be returned.
